The cake cabinets used in this loading adopt the industry-leading "double-circulation humidity control system", which can achieve precise adjustment of humidity from 45% to 85%. With low-e low-radiation glass and LED diffuse reflection light strips, within the temperature control range of -2℃ to 15℃, it can lock the crispy shell of macarons and maintain the dense taste of cream cakes. The cabinet body is lined with food-grade 304 stainless steel and equipped with a detachable magnetic sealing strip. After 12 hours of simulated transportation vibration test, the sealing performance is 37% higher than that of traditional products.
